B.M.S. Ugly Sweater Bootcamp Christmas Edition
We are excited to announce that the "Christmas Ugly Sweater Run" is back!
If you want to give your Christmas holidays an active and fun kick-start then you are more than welcome to join us on Sunday 18 December 2022 for an epic ugly sweater Bootcamp!
We will cover a total distance of appr. 4km around the city centre. Within the route we have 4 stops planned for body-weight exercises (Push-ups / Squats / Abdominal / Sprints / Uphill Sprint exercises / Ex.) A steady easy running pace will be kept from one stop to the next one. We leave nobody behind and we use the different stops + exercises as the waiting time for everybody to get together before we continue to the next stop!

URBAN TRAIL RUN
De Urban Trails series 2021 een unieke combinatie tussen sport en cultuur waarbij we 5-10km hebben afgelegd en onderweg konden genieten van entertainment zoals live muziek vol passie en energie. Het parcours liep dit jaar weer langs verassende en onontdekte plekken in hartje Utrecht. We liepen door locaties als Kinepolis Jaarbeurs, Sonnenborgh Museum & Sterrenwacht, prachtige Utrechtse hofjes en het Tivoli Vredenburg en finishen deden we bij het Moreelsepark.
Sunday Run-day 🏃🏽
We will start the day with a 8km (or 4km) run at Maximark. The routes and the meeting point will be announced later on. After the run we will have time to swim at Harrijnseplas and grab something to eat for recovery and enjoy the day all together. There will be (plant-based) snacks prepeared by @aleto_flavours.
The Run is organised with the goal to get to know each other a bit better, enjoy a great run at the park, reward our body with nutritious food and have fun.
